>>> Automated link exchange programs -- that offer random and irrelevant link exchange.
>>> Links with low-integrity websites will cause drawbacks for your website.
>>> Your link directory must be unitary in theme -- only listings matching the themes or subjects of your site will be included.
>>> Sites with an intricate structure -- with the links pages difficult to find -- so will they be for the spiders.
